Located on Navajo land in the Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park near Page, Arizona. Carved by water and wind over millions of years this is one of the most photographed slot canyons in the United States. There are two canyons the upper and lower. Both can only be accessible by guided tour. The upper tour begins with transportation from Page, Arizona while the lower canyon has on-site parking. We did both tours in the same day. A mystical and magical experience that is very unique. We have not found anything like it in all of our adventures. Our visit was in May of 2015.
